For community organizations that would like to request a rental of a facility, we are now using an online program called Brightly. Please refer to our board policy regarding use of facilities, our rental fee document, and liability insurance sections below.

All organizations using the facilities of the district shall obtain a certificate of liability insurance naming, in addition to the group or organization, the Octorara Area School District with minimum coverages of $1,000,000 personal injury and $500,000 property damage. The group or organization must upload a certificate of such insurance to their organization on Brightly prior to the request of a facility.
