The National Occupational Competency Testing Institute (NOCTI) is a leading provider of high-quality technical competency assessment products and services for secondary and post-secondary educational institutions in the United States and around the world. Job Ready
Measure the skills of those who complete a secondary or post-secondary technical program. Job Ready assessments consist of both a written and performance component.

State Customized
NOCTI is involved with the development of various state customized assessments including a partnership with the PA Department of Education, Bureau of Career & Technical Education.  NOCTI provides assessments for students who are concentrators or completers in PDE state-approved programs.  All students completing state-approved programs are required to take an approved end-of-program assessment like the NOCTI. 

Certificate and Partner Programs

NOCTI is the assessment provider for many certificate programs offering students the opportunity to earn a certificate or certification in a technical area.
