Athlete Registration

Any OASD learner in grades 7-12 wishing to participate in school-sponsored athletics must complete the online registration form and upload a PIAA section 6 physical form from their doctor.  Registration must be completed online to be eligible to participate.  Please DO NOT mail any physicals to the school.  If you need assistance in getting registered, please see our instruction sheet.

All student-athletes need a new physical for the 2024-2025 school year, dated after May 1, 2024. Students participating in subsequent sports in the same school year, must complete the recertification form online before the start of each subsequent season.
